In May Cécile & Oliver invited their families from Ireland and & France to celebrate their wedding. They have decided to have their ceremony at Úlfljótsvatnskirkja a beautiful small church with a red roof, located by one of the most beautiful lakes in Iceland, Þingvallavatn. The weather suited the Icelandic landscape and did not stop anyone from feeling love and joy on such a special day. After the ceremony, I took the newlyweds to Nesjavellir, but they showed me around since both of them work in volcanology & geology. After getting cold on top of the mountain we headed to Eyrarbakki where they had family waiting to toast and cheer for their new chapter in life!
