It was one of my first elopements and I could have not been luckier with clients such as Ema & Ivan. Deciding to run away from the "normal" wedding routine at home in Croatia. Ema & Ivan decided to follow their hearts and promise their love to each other in a beautiful Iceland. They have decided on the location, magical Snæfellsness, and lonely black church of Búðir.
When going through the photographs of this wedding, I could not help but be travel back in time to this special day. Early morning at the Hotel Búðir and the rest of the day capturing their love and enjoying the landscapes of our truly special country.
Having Laimonas as our wedding photographer is one of our favorite things about the wedding itself. Words cannot describe how kind, professional, funny and devoted Laimonas is.
We really liked his work (it seemed so honest, simple yet elegant) and he knew that he would do a perfect job. And yet he managed to exceed those expectations!! Devoted to his work, he has an amazing eye for details, you don't even notice him around and he manages to capture everything making it look so simple. And his sense of humor is awesome. We laughed the whole day, how amazing is that? Also, it was just my partner, myself and Laimonas at our wedding. The most perfect scenery and relaxed wedding ever. I always used to say that I want to get married only once, but to be honest, I would repeat our wedding any given day, thanks to Laimonas.
