I recently had the pleasure of photographing a truly special elopement - Greg and Amedeo's intimate ceremony with their best buddies by their side. It was a low-key, cozy affair that perfectly captured the beauty and simplicity of love.
The day started with a cozy cabin nestled in the stunning Icelandic countryside, where the couple and their friends enjoyed a leisurely breakfast and some quality time together.
From there, we set out for the ceremony location, a breathtaking waterfall that served as the perfect backdrop for the couple's vows.
The ceremony itself was simple but heartfelt, with Greg and Amedeo exchanging vows and rings in front of the waterfall. It was a beautiful moment that felt so genuine and authentic, and I was honored to be able to capture it for them.
After the ceremony, we made our way to a nearby farm for a delicious lunch and some celebratory shots of the Icelandic black death - brennivín. It was the perfect way to cap off an unforgettable day - with good food, good company, and lots of love.
They truly embodied the spirit of elopement - an intimate celebration of their love with the people who matter most to them. I'm so grateful to have been a part of their special day, and I wish them all the happiness in the world as they start their new life together.
